Services for People With A Speech-Disability

Speak with Ease

Speech to Speech service that allows people who have a speech disability to place and receive telephone calls with an assistance from a Communications Assistant.

Type of Services Available

Click on each service listed below to learn more about available relay services for people who have a speech disability.

Speech-to-Speech (STS)

Relay Colorado is funded by a surcharge established by the CPUC.

Although IP Relay can be used for emergency calling, such emergency calling may not function the same as traditional 911/E911 svc.
